Just Go Check started with a simple realisation. Too many people were paying for health cover they didn’t fully understand, and many didn’t know whether they were getting the right value
It started with real conversations
Before Just Go Check became an online comparison and guidance experience, it started with Donald Bravington speaking to real people about their private health insurance
While working in health insurance, Donald saw the same problem again and again. People were paying too much, unsure what their cover actually included, or confused about whether their policy still fitted their needs
Many people wanted help, but they didn’t want pressure. They wanted someone to explain their options clearly, compare leading providers properly, and help them understand what good value really looked like
From show stands to smarter comparison
Donald started helping people in person at shows and advice stands, talking through their cover, answering questions and helping them compare options from leading providers. The goal was never to make insurance feel complicated. It was to make it feel understandable
Then came the idea to bring it online
The next step was to turn that same helpful, human experience into something people could access online. A simpler way to start the conversation. A calmer way to compare. A clearer way to get guidance without feeling pushed
That became Just Go Check. A guided private health insurance comparison experience built around real people, real questions and real clarity
And that’s where Kevin comes in
Kevin is our friendly expert guide. He makes the experience feel less cold, less confusing and more approachable. Because health cover should not feel like a maze. It should feel like someone is helping you make sense of it
